Support Services Supervisor

The Support Services Supervisor plays a key role in the SI&CS Health and Education team, delivering high-quality cleaning, wardsperson, materials, waste, and linen services across Bathurst, Bloomfield, and Orange Hospitals. Reporting to the Support Services Coordinator, the role ensures effective service delivery, compliance with contractual requirements, and a safety-first culture. The position involves supervising frontline staff, coordinating rosters, and building productive stakeholder relationships to improve service quality and efficiency.
