Supv III Maintenance

This role ensures the availability, reliability, and optimal operation of injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, and molds through the execution and leadership of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. The position focuses on guaranteeing product quality, personnel safety, and compliance with production and quality standards. It involves supervising maintenance teams, analyzing recurring failures, and implementing Lean and TPM tools to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
