Surgical Scheduler II

The Surgical Scheduler II is responsible for accurately creating and scheduling surgical cases in Epic Optime while identifying scheduling opportunities and resolving conflicts. This role facilitates communication between OR staff and surgeon offices to ensure timely case scheduling and manages charge capture for surgical and anesthesia procedures. The position also involves reconciling billable services, resolving log discrepancies, and completing end-of-day processes to ensure charges are cleared for billing.
