About this role

Certified Surgical Technologist who works under the direction of a registered nurse to prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile fields, and support surgical teams during moderate to high acuity procedures. The role involves gathering and preparing instruments and supplies, assisting as a scrub technologist or surgical assistant as needed, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The position also contributes to performance improvement, training of new staff/students, and perioperative inventory management.
