About this role
The Safety & Wellness Caseworker provides culturally appropriate, trauma-informed case management services to Survivors of Torture, helping clients access psychosocial support, mental health referrals, and community resources. The role also supports program administration, data collection, reporting, outreach, and coordination with community partners and service providers. This position works within the IRC Safety & Wellness team to promote client healing, adjustment, and self-sufficiency.
