SUS II

The SUS II serves as a direct service provider and advocate for consumers with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders, working within an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This role involves conducting community visits, facilitating treatment groups, and providing crisis intervention to support integrated dual disorder treatment. The position requires clinical experience and a commitment to collaborating with a team to help consumers secure necessary community supports.
