About this role

This role leads the development and delivery of University-wide sustainability programs to drive engagement, capacity building, and behavior change in support of environmental and climate objectives. The incumbent designs training initiatives, manages key campus programs, and partners with diverse stakeholders to promote sustainable practices across the university community.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of campus-wide sustainability programs and training
Manage Green Office, Green Labs, and Green Residence initiatives
Coordinate annual sustainability campaigns and community-building events
Track program participation and outcomes using key performance indicators
Collaborate with students, staff, and partners to drive sustainability adoption

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Studies, Policy, Sustainability, or related field
