The SVP, Global Delivery oversees the commercial logic and operational systems for WPP Enterprise Solutions' Global Delivery Network, ensuring hub economics, resourcing, and work routing are optimized across farshore and nearshore locations. Responsibilities

Own cost-plus pricing logic and cost-to-serve targets across all hubs
Partner with Finance and commercial teams on margin tracking and pricing structures
Maintain visibility into hub capacity and skill coverage for data-driven routing decisions
