Swim Coach

The Swim Coach is responsible for ensuring the success of the Turtles Swim Team Program by coaching practices and maintaining a safe, professional environment for participants. The role involves demonstrating swimming techniques, assessing athlete progress, and communicating effectively with swimmers, parents, and supervisors. This position requires adherence to Red Cross safety standards and completion of all necessary administrative paperwork.
