Swim Instructor

This role provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swimming classes at the Mattoon and Toledo YMCA. The position involves developing positive relationships with members, maintaining program records, and ensuring safety compliance through adherence to YMCA guidelines. The instructor is also responsible for training class aides and communicating effectively with the Aquatic Director.
