Swim Instructor

The Swim Instructor supports the YMCA's mission by providing direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swim classes while maintaining a supportive and positive atmosphere. This role involves instructing swimming lessons according to YMCA guidelines, developing positive relationships with participants and families, and ensuring compliance with all safety and emergency procedures. The position also includes organizing class equipment, maintaining attendance records, and training or supervising class aides as assigned.
