Swim Instructor

The Swim Instructor provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swim classes while maintaining a supportive and positive atmosphere. This role involves instructing swimming lessons according to YMCA guidelines, developing positive relationships with participants and families, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals. The position requires maintaining accurate records, organizing class equipment, and supervising class aides as assigned.
