Switchboard Operator / Receptionist

This part-time role involves managing the hospital's main switchboard by promptly answering and directing telephone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. The position also requires greeting visitors, vendors, and patients courteously while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and security regulations. Additionally, the incumbent handles visitor passes, overhead paging, and the processing of both monetary and non-monetary donations.
