System Administrator – People Applications

The People System Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, and governance of Mecca’s HR and workforce technology platforms (including UKG, Workday, HR3 and Donesafe). The role ensures application stability, data integrity, secure access management and provides responsive support to the People and Culture team. The position works closely with vendors, internal IT teams and business stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and drive continuous improvement.
