System Administrator

The Systems Administrator assists the Director of IT in day-to-day operations and provides level one and two tech support to end users. The role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, installing and configuring systems, and diagnosing hardware and software faults. This position also involves enforcing compliance regulations, managing user access, and overseeing server updates and patching across multiple dealership locations.
