This role involves the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex IT systems, including client/server/storage/network devices and mobile platforms. The incumbent manages daily system operations, performs Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem resolution, and optimizes system performance while ensuring compliance with DoD 8570 Information Assurance standards. Key duties include configuring UNIX and Windows operating systems, managing network components, and providing escalation support to agency management.
