A Systems Analyst at Wellington Management works within the Performance & Benchmark team, supporting evolving technology and data platforms, including AI-enabled capabilities by gathering, refining, and documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for performance and benchmark technology initiatives
Translate business and operational needs into clear, structured requirements, including features, background, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with engineering teams throughout design and delivery to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions align with intended business outcomes
Support solution design by helping identify data flows, dependencies, controls, and edge cases across upstream sources and downstream consumers
Collaborate effectively across teams and geographies, balancing multiple initiatives in a fast paced, business critical environment
