Systems Engineer

Odyssey is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Systems Engineering Directorate in Chantilly, VA. The role involves developing realistic models, designing simulation tools, evaluating multi‑satellite constellation scenarios, and conducting statistical and operational analysis to guide system integration and performance improvements. The engineer will work directly with customers to refine requirements, assess emerging technologies, and support end‑to‑end system design in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
