TAB Technician (Testing, Adjusting, Balancing)

This hands-on field role involves testing, adjusting, and balancing air and water HVAC systems to ensure they perform as designed and meet project specifications. The position requires traveling within the Blacksburg, VA area to various jobsites to inspect systems, verify compliance with plans, and document all activities accurately.
