The Talent Acquisition Co-op/Intern will be embedded in BCI’s Talent Acquisition team within the Human Resources department for the Summer and Fall 2026 work terms. This paid co-op offers hands-on experience with recruitment and campus programs, providing exposure to HR systems, team collaboration, and professional development. The position is based in Victoria, BC with an option for one remote day per week.
