Talent Acquisition Lead

Bodewell Group is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Lead to lead recruitment efforts, build candidate pipelines, and deliver strategic talent solutions to support organizational growth. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role focuses on attracting top talent, advising hiring managers, and shaping the talent acquisition strategy through proactive sourcing and process optimization. Success is primarily measured by time-to-close metrics as the individual oversees all aspects of recruitment from job description creation to extending offers.
