Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner ensures excellence in the organization’s recruitment and candidate screening processes while serving as a key ambassador of the mission and culture to all applicants. This role partners closely with department leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, execute hiring strategies, and source top, mission-aligned talent across the organization. The position also oversees pre-boarding activities, onboarding documentation, and broader HR initiatives including new hire orientation and performance management.
