Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures excellence in the organization’s recruitment and candidate screening processes while serving as a key ambassador of the mission and culture to all applicants. This role partners with department leaders to identify staffing needs, execute hiring strategies, and source top talent across the organization. The position also oversees pre-boarding activities, supports onboarding, and assists with broader HR initiatives including reporting and performance management.
