As a Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology at GE Vernova, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring high-impact talent across Digital, Software and Technology domains. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role scoping, talent and market intelligence, strategic sourcing, screening, assessment, selection, and offer management. Partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, you will provide insights on talent availability and market dynamics, shape effective sourcing strategies, and navigate complex hiring and offer scenarios. You will also build proactive talent pipelines for niche and critical technology capabilities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
