Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary) will shape and execute Carrier’s talent acquisition strategy in México, partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to attract and hire talent aligned with business priorities. The role supports organizational growth and strengthens Carrier’s employer brand while providing local expertise on recruitment systems and processes. This is a temporary position focused on recruitment operations and TA program support.
