Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join a team of over 50 HR professionals supporting HR activities across more than 15 countries in Africa, Mauritius, and Belgium. Based primarily in Conakry, Guinea, the role focuses on managing and executing recruitment processes for local and regional positions, while also supporting recruitment needs in other West and Central African countries as required. The position reports functionally to the Group Recruitment & Mobility Manager in Mauritius and hierarchically to the HR Manager in Guinea.
