Talent Analytics and Operations Senior Advisor

The Talent Operations & Program Management Lead at Boomi will own the operational backbone of the global Talent Acquisition function, combining recruiting analytics, TA systems ownership, and program management. This hybrid role (Vancouver hub) partners with TA leadership to design reporting, maintain TA technology (Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, etc.), scale interviewer training, and lead strategic initiatives. The position focuses on improving hiring outcomes, candidate experience, and operational rigor as Boomi continues to scale globally.
