The Talent Management Consultant partners with functional HR teams to execute talent and performance management strategies, enabling data-driven decisions that strengthen organizational capability. This role manages the annual People Development & Performance process, supports succession planning, and leads strategic talent initiatives in partnership with the Global Talent organization.
