About this role
The Talent Operations Senior Manager will lead the operational backbone for global hiring from Eucalyptus’s London office, building and scaling recruiting systems, integrations, and processes. The role owns recruiting infrastructure — ATS, HRIS integrations, analytics and templates — and partners with the global TA team to enable high-volume, data-driven hiring. This leader will drive automation, reporting, vendor relationships and employer branding to improve candidate experience and hiring predictability.
