The Talent Operations Specialist will design and manage AI‑augmented recruiting and people operations workflows, ensuring data integrity, interview coordination, and metric reporting at scale. This role partners closely with the Head of People & Talent to streamline processes and support a fast‑growing engineering‑focused organization.
