The Talent Partner will own all candidate‑facing programs at Vapi, including employer brand, career content, technical events, referral program, university pipeline, and talent community. Reporting to the Head of Talent, they will audit current hiring processes, launch referral and event initiatives, and develop a 12‑month roadmap to build a strong recruiting function from the ground up.
