About this role
The Non-Technical Talent Partner will be the company’s first dedicated recruiter for business functions, owning full-cycle hiring and building recruiting pipelines from scratch at an early-stage AI company. You’ll represent the company to senior commercial candidates competing with top AI and tech firms, and help scale teams across functions like GTM, product, people, finance, and legal. The role operates across European and US markets from offices in Freiburg and San Francisco and partners closely with functional and executive leaders to hire at speed and quality.
