Talent Sourcer

The Talent Sourcer at Stark is responsible for building and executing sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for highly specialized defence, engineering, and technology roles across European programmes. This role involves crafting targeted outreach, pre-qualifying candidates on right-to-work and clearance eligibility, and maintaining clean pipeline data in the ATS. The position requires collaboration with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to translate role requirements into searchable candidate profiles and continuously test new channels to improve outreach performance.
