Talent Sourcer

The Talent Sourcer at Stark will build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical talent for specialized defence, engineering, and technology roles across European programmes. This position involves crafting targeted outreach, pre-qualifying candidates, and maintaining pipeline data to support the Talent Acquisition team in filling hard-to-fill positions. The role requires a strong understanding of sourcing tools, European hiring constraints, and the ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
