Tax Analyst

A leading national law firm is seeking a Tax Analyst for a hybrid role based in its New York office, with remote work available from Los Angeles, Boston, Palo Alto, Dallas, San Diego, San Francisco, Charlotte, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Chicago, and Houston. The Tax Analyst will help maintain firm-wide tax compliance in the United States and foreign jurisdictions at the federal, state, and local levels. The role covers partnership and nonresident partner estimated tax calculations, quarterly partner income tax projections, composite tax elections, and U.S. and international partner withholding calculations. Additional duties include general ledger analysis and reconciliations, quality assurance, monitoring changes in tax law, and supporting the annual tax reconciliation project.
