Tax Counsel

Tax Counsel responsible for advising Sierra Space on complex federal, state, and international tax matters, including controversy, strategic planning, and the tax aspects of M&A transactions. The role supports corporate objectives within a space and defense technology company and provides legal guidance to internal teams and external advisors. It also represents the organization in tax audits, appeals, and litigation and educates stakeholders on tax issues.
