Tax Instructor

The Tax Instructor supports Fedcap's free tax preparation programs by designing, coordinating, and delivering tax law, software, and certification training to staff, volunteers, and community partners. This role ensures tax preparers and site coordinators possess the technical knowledge and skills necessary to provide accurate, compliant, and high-quality tax preparation services. The position also supports the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of seasonal and year-round staff while maintaining compliance with IRS standards.
