Tax Instructor

The Tax Instructor supports Fedcap's free tax preparation programs by designing, coordinating, and delivering tax law and software training to staff, volunteers, and community partners. This role ensures technical readiness and compliance with IRS standards while facilitating certification and ongoing development for seasonal and year-round teams. The position also involves curriculum development, quality assurance, and providing technical assistance to maintain high-quality tax preparation services.
