TCLAS After School Coordinator

The TCLAS After School Coordinator is responsible for designing and implementing before and after-school programs, as well as a summer school program, to help students improve in academics, attendance, behavior, promotion rates, and graduation rates. This grant-funded position involves coordinating data collection, leading planning efforts, and managing student recruitment and retention to meet program compliance and objectives. The role requires collaboration with school administration, community outreach, and effective data and fiscal management.
