TCM Supervisor

This position oversees and supervises the Tailored Care Management (TCM) staff at an outpatient center, ensuring comprehensive service delivery and strict compliance with all regulatory standards and agency policies. The role involves providing clinical direction, mentoring, and training to the TCM team while managing care management operations and staffing to meet service demands. The supervisor acts as a liaison between the Center Director, TCM teams, and other agency departments to maintain operational excellence.
