Teacher

Teachers are directly responsible to the building principal(s) for classroom instruction and supervision of students, leading them toward intellectual, physical, social, and career development. The role involves managing student caseloads, collaborating with stakeholders to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and implementing instructional techniques to achieve educational goals. Teachers also maintain communication with parents and professionals while fostering a conducive learning environment.
