About this role
The SCC Team Coach at Lyft supports operations and drives customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes by monitoring agents, analyzing tickets and data, and supporting projects and initiatives. The coach becomes a subject matter expert for a customer segment and identifies improvements to policies, processes, and training to uplevel agent and customer experience. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement short- and long-term solutions and ensure consistent service quality.
