The Onsite Health Information Management (HIM) lead provides daily onsite oversight of the facility's HIM operations, including Vital Registry, Document Imaging, and Release of Information. The role acts as a liaison to providers, patients, families, and internal departments and is responsible for fostering employee engagement and a positive work environment. Serves as a resource for record availability, chart completion, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
