The Team Lead Smart Home and Business Operation is responsible for overseeing all residential and commercial operations tasks, providing support and reporting updates to leadership teams. This role includes monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly KPI tracking while acting as a primary contact for escalations before they reach the Director, as well as stepping in as interim manager when necessary.
