Team Leader - Resolution Team

The Team Leader will lead the new Centralised Complaints function across Housing and Homelessness, managing a team responsible for receiving, logging, allocating, monitoring, and closing complaints. The role involves investigating and resolving stage 1 complaints related to Housing Repairs while collaborating with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure effective and fair outcomes.
