The Team Leader is a permanent full-time position within The Salvation Army’s Oasis Youth Services based in Darlinghurst, leading the Transitional Accommodation Service. The role supports the delivery of services for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and ensures practice aligns with trauma-informed and Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) frameworks while working closely with the management team.
