Team Leader

The Team Leader leads, motivates, and supports a team of Mentors and Activity Co-ordinators to help young people aged 18–24 overcome barriers and move into sustainable employment. This hands-on role involves managing day-to-day team performance, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality participant journeys from engagement to job start. The position requires close collaboration with employers, Jobcentre Plus, and local partners to drive outcomes and address underperformance.
