Team Leader

The Team Leader will supervise the Front Office reception team and assist Duty Managers with daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and impeccable guest experiences. This role involves training new colleagues, leading staff to achieve KPIs, and covering Duty Manager shifts as required. The position requires a minimum of 2 years' reception experience, preferably in a 5-star environment, and flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster.
