About this role

The Team Resources Analyst serves as the department's primary administrator for Workday, managing system configuration, data integrity, and integrations with payroll and other systems. This role supports the employee lifecycle, generates people analytics reports, and acts as the main point of contact for system needs and troubleshooting. The position also involves maintaining system documentation, managing testing for releases, and partnering with IT on data governance.
