The Premier and Enterprise Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a customer-facing advisor who helps Smartsheet customers maximize the value of their Smartsheet investment through post-consulting technical support and portfolio management. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and growth by aligning Smartsheet products with customers' business and IT priorities. This position is fully remote eligible within Costa Rica.
